Your PAN card number (in uppercase) is your default User ID for logging in.
If you haven’t signed up yet, just tap on the “Sign Up” button and complete the registration.

• On the homepage, find and click the “Sign Up” button in the top menu.

• A sign-up form will pop up.
  Enter your PAN card number in capital letters (English only) and solve the captcha. Then click Submit.
• You’ll now see two options for verification:
  • Email ID (OTP)
  • Try Another Way
    Select “Try Another Way” to continue.
• On the next screen, enter your Date of Enrollment (DOE) — the date you joined the Army — in DD/MM/YYYY format.
• After that, provide your Employment ID (EMP ID).
  You can find this on any of your previous payslips.
• Click on “Verify”.
  If all the details match correctly, your name will appear on the screen.
• To confirm your account, click on “YES” when prompted.
  Your sign-up process will now be complete.

• Once your details are verified and your name appears, you’ll be asked to confirm your signup.
• Click “YES” to proceed.
• The Terms and Conditions page will appear.
• Read through it and click Agree to continue.
• Next, you’ll be taken to the password setup screen.
• Create a strong password that includes:
• At least one special character
• Numbers
• English letters (uppercase + lowercase)
  Example: 123456A@a
• After setting your password, you’ll be prompted to choose a security question.
• Enter your answer and click Submit.
• Important: Make sure to save or remember your security answer — you’ll need it if you ever reset your password.

To reset your login password or register again on the Hamraaz portal, follow these simple steps:
